Why Malaysian goverment insists on using English for math and science?

This is because the whole world uses English as information and technology language. Furthermore, how dangerous it will be if we try to use Bahasa, especially in school. See example below :

Hardware = Barangkeras

Software = Baranglembut

Joystick = Batanggembira

Plug and play = Cucuk dan main

Port = Lubang

Server = Pelayan

Clients = Pelanggan

Try to translate this sentence :

That server gives a plug and play service to the client using either software or hardware joystick. The joystick goes into the port of the client.

In Bahasa :

Pelayan itu memberi pelanggannya layanan cucuk dan main menggunakan batang gembira jenis keras ataupun jenis lembut. Batang gembira itu akan dimasukkan kedalam lubang pelanggan..
